We request that you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged an Rs.199. You can book an appointment online by selecting your location, car, and services. You will see the breakdown of labor fees and parts costs. You will also see the list of available times.

You can choose the same mechanic if you have used the service before. If you are a new customer, we assign you a mechanic who is qualified to work on your car.

We have mechanics available 24x7. Within 15 to 20 minutes. You can see the mechanics' availability after you request a quote.

Please remember to allow 30 minutes for your mechanic to arrive. If you have not heard from Motoserv by your appointment time, please make a call at 9830180807 and we will work to resolve the issue. If you need to reschedule, we will take care of this for you as well.
